本次横评的风扇定位为高端使用环境,产品的零售价格均高于50元,所有风扇均为12V电压的12厘米规格风扇,我们在每个品牌中只选择一款产品进行测试。文中没有特殊说明的,均按照产品品牌中文名的音序排列。

由于成本更加充裕,50元以上的风扇在设计和细节方面都有不错的表现,不过在光效上却没有像亲民定位的产品一样过多下成本,10款风扇中只有超频三的设计了16LED灯,Tt的风扇设计了红色的环形光效,其他风扇均没有搭配LED灯。

超频三风扇设计了减震胶垫

超频三、海盗船、NBTt及追风者的风扇在边框外部设计了胶垫减少振动,在细节方面的表现更优。

NB风扇的封闭式扇叶设计

50元以下的风扇一致,定位高端的风扇同样全部设计为逆时针旋转,扇叶也以7片和9片为主,例外的是NB的扇叶不仅采用了封闭式设计,6个叶片也和其他产品的奇数片不同,对整体的稳定性要求更高。

玩家使用风扇的首要目的是散热,所以风量测试是进行对比测试的重要项目。风量测试主要考量风扇在单位时间内送出的风的体积,一般而言,风扇的风量越大越好,表示其可以送出/送进更多空气带走热量。

风量测试采用内径12厘米,长度30厘米的圆柱风道,在30厘米处中央固定风速计测算风量,本次横评对风道的剪切力忽略不计。在测试时先将风扇固定在风道一端,并用橡皮泥填补空隙,然后将风扇调至测试所需转速并保持30秒,待风速计数值稳定后取平均值。

我们在风量测试中采用的单位为cmm,即立方米/分钟,另外一个单位cfm即立方英尺/分钟和其换算的方法为1 cmm=35.245 cfm,有需要的朋友可以自行将数值乘以35.245进行换算。

首先我们模拟使用环境将风扇转速设置为1000rpm,然后将风量按照从大到小排序如下。其中NB的风扇最低转速为1200rpm因此不列入统计。

然后是满载及超频环境,由于不同风扇的最大转速不同,我们取最大转速的风量并汇总如下,图中的直线为参加横评风扇的平均水平线,位于平均线左上方的意味着风量高于平均水平,距离平均线越远的越好;位于平均线右下方的则为低于平均水平,距离平均线越远的越差。

在风量测试中,安耐美、镰刀及NB的风扇位居前三,三者在最大转速下也高于平均水平最多,是风量测试中的获胜者。

对于使用散热器及水冷的玩家来说,风扇的风压也是很重要的,风压测试主要是对比风扇在垂直与气流方向的平面所受到的风的压力,换句话说,风压测试主要看风扇能够吹透散热器鳍片的程度,一般情况下风压越大越好,表示风扇可以为更深的散热器鳍片有效冷却,或是为机箱内部更深的空间提供散热。

我们模拟实际的使用环境,在标准尺寸的机箱内安装主板、散热器及显卡,风扇固定在散热鳍片的内侧,风速计固定在鳍片的另一侧,两者距离7厘米。在测试时安装机箱侧板,然后将风扇调至所需转速并保持30秒,待风速计数值稳定后取平均值。

我们在风压测试中采用的单位为N/㎡,即牛顿/平方米。风压计算采用wp=0.5·ro·v²,其中空气重度取r=0.01225 kN/m³,重力加速度取g=9.8m/s²,即风压wp=v²/1600

首先仍然是正常运行环境,风扇的转速统一设置为1000 rpm,将风压按照从大到小排序。其中NB的风扇最低转速为1200rpm因此不列入统计。

在模拟满载及超频的环境中,我们取风扇在最大转速下的风压并汇总如下,图中的直线为参加横评风扇的平均水平线,位于平均线左上方的意味着风压高于平均水平,距离平均线越远的越好;位于平均线右下方的则为低于平均水平,距离平均线越远的越差。

在风压测试中,镰刀,NB及超频三的表现最优,三者在最大转速下的风压也高于平均水平最多,是风压测试中的获胜者。

只考虑风量和风压还不够,我们需要了解风扇的风向及气流的集中程度。不同风扇的扇叶设计不同,会使得空气的流向有差异,也就是说,不同的风扇在散热方面的侧重是不同的。

我们将风扇固定在测试平台上,通过观察气流的方向来判断风扇的吹风集中程度。为使结果具有可比性,测试时所有风扇均设置转速为1000/分钟,金属网紧贴风扇,待风扇运行稳定后拍照。

需要注意的是,风量集中程度并没有好坏的标准,有些用户喜欢让空气流过更大的空间,也有用户喜欢让风向更集中,因此本项测试我们仅给出测试结果和简要分析,不做优劣区分。

从测试结果中可以看到,安耐美、超频三、镰刀和猫头鹰的风扇风量更集中一些,适合专为定点硬件高效率降温;海盗船、利豹、NBTt、银欣和追风者的风扇风量略发散一些,可以为更大的环境带来冷空气。

风扇的振动是影响使用寿命和整机稳定性的因素,也是我们需要测试的重点。风扇的稳定性越好,在使用时对整个平台的振动影响就越小,一般而言,更好的稳定性也可以提供更长的使用寿命。

我们将风扇放置在光滑的表面,在振动平台上使用陀螺仪监测振动情况,将风扇保持在1000rpm的转速下运行一分钟之后判断稳定性。

从测试结果来看,参加横评的10款风扇都没有明显的位移,陀螺仪也没有监测到明显的振动,这10款产品均有优秀的表现。

适合不差钱玩家的NB B12-P风扇

适合性能玩家的镰刀风12DB风扇

NB的风扇外观设计炫酷,整体的性能也十分强势,不过139元的零售价偏高,适合预算非常充足的玩家选择。镰刀的风扇表现同样出色,不过在时尚设计上稍逊一筹,79元的零售价也不算太贵,重视性能的玩家可以选择。超频三的冰风风扇价格更亲民一些,整体的散热性能不俗,搭载的16LED灯也可以提供很好的光效,适合预算相对不是很多且注重时尚光效的玩家选用。

now we will bring you the compare test among fans that above 50yuan.

In this compare test, we will conduct comparisonincludeappearance, price, detail, air volume test,
air pressure test, air centralized test and vibration test among these 12cm fans, and through horizontal
comparison to show visual contrast of performance, you can click on the tab below to enter the

Positioned as for high grade platform, wechoose fans above 50yuan, which are 12V and

Since the cost is abundant, the details anddesign of these fans are much better, but they didn't get
the fashion lighting.Only pccooler have 16 blue LED lights, Tt fans design red ring light,
the otherfans didn't provide LED lights.

Just like fans under 50yuan, all the fans aredesigned to rotate counter-clockwise, the blades are most 7 and 9, except NB fanshave 6 blade, and adopted enclosed design.

The primary purpose of fans is cooling the pccases, so the air volume test is the first test we make.
This test majorconsideration wind volume which fans sends, in general, the bigger the bettercapacity of the fans, which means it can send / feed more air to transmitheat.

We use a cylindrical duct to calculate thewind volume, which inner diameter is 12 cm, length is
30 cm. In wind volume testwe use the unit CMM, namely cubic meters / minute, its conversion
method is 1 cmm= 35.245cfm, you can manually scaled values by 35.245.

First we use the simulation environmentthat all fans speed is set to 1000rpm,and thenrange these
data as descendingorder. NB fan’s minimum speed is 1200rpm, so it’s not included in thestatistics.

And then is loaded with overclocking condition,because of the difference of the maximum speed
of the fans, we take the maximumamount of fans speed and summarized below, the straight line
means the averageof these fans. Datalocated at the upper left mean fans are above the
averagelevel, the farther away from the average, the better; located in the bottom right of the
average line were below average, the farther away from the average, theworse.

In the air volume test, Enermax, Scythe andNB fans are top three, and their maximum speeds are
also higher than theaverage amount.

For players whom use watercooled heatsink, the air pressure is also important; air pressure
testmainly to see thepressure that fans can blow through the radiator fins. In general, the
biggerthe better wind pressure, the fans for effective cooling fin heat sink deeper,deeper
inside the case or to provide space cooling.

The unit we use inpressure testing is N / m.

In the air pressure test, Scythe, NB and PCCoolerfans are winner, and their maximum speeds
are also higher than the averageamount.

Air volume and pressure are not enough; so nextwe will check the concentration of the fans and
airflow direction. Different fansblades use different designs, so that the flow of air will differ,
that is tosay, emphasis in the heat fans is different.

We put fans in the stationary platform,observeairflow directionto determine the concentration of the
fans. To make the resultscomparable, all fans are set at 1000rpm.

It should be noted that the concentrationof air flow shouldn’t be consider as a standard whether
a fans is high quality.Some users prefer to let the air flow through larger space,meanwhile
othersneed the air go deeper. In this test we will only give a brief analysis of thetest results.

As we can see, the Enermax, Noctua, PCCoolerand Scythe fans air volume are more concentrate,
they are designed for highefficiency cooling; the Corsair, Lepa, NB, Phanteks, SilverStone and
Thermaltakefans air volume are slightly divergent, they are suitable for bigger environment.

Last but not least, fans vibration affectthe PC life and stability, that's also we need to test.
Fans stability bettermakes the entire platform a longer life.

We place fans on a smooth surface, usinggyroscopes to monitor vibration on the vibrating
platform, keeping the fansrunning at 1000rpm rotational speed then record the stability.

From the test results, all the 10 fansdidn't have apparent movement, and gyroscope didn't show
noticeable vibration, whichmeans these fans have excellent performance.
